Top 3 Violations

Student Conduct & Community Standards identified the following standards as the most common violations that occur off-campus. For a complete list of standards, please see the Hilltopics Student Handbook at

1. Fake ID

Standard (4): Forging, altering, destroying, falsifying, or misusing records, identification, or documents, whether in print or electronic form.

2. Alcohol

Standard (19): Consuming, manufacturing, possessing, distributing, dispensing, selling, or being under the influence of alcoholic beverages, if prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

3. Drugs

Standard (21): Using, manufacturing, possessing, distributing, selling, dispensing, or being under the influence of drugs or drug paraphernalia, if prohibited by federal, state, or local law; using or possessing a prescription drug if the prescription was not issued to the student; or distributing or selling a prescription drug to a person to whom the prescription was not originally
